Ear Monitor

One of my theatre parents has asked me about an ear monitor.

She has agreed to present a 15-minute monologue at her church and is very nervous and she wonders if anyone knows something about an ear monitor that she can wear so that someone can cue her if she freezes.

Has anyone had experience with such a device?

I use an ear-prompter at industrial video shoots. But it's a continuous feed coming from a voice recorder in my pocket, connected to an antennae around my neck. I don't know how they could be rigged to just receive live, one-way communication.
