As part of the innagural DivaFest, celebration of women playwrights, IndyFringe will host two free public forums on producing new works.

Thursday, May 6, 6 p.m.
The forum kicks off DivaFest featuring a panelist of local directors, writers and actors discussing the importance of producing new works. Chaired by David Hoppe, Arts Editor of NUVO, the panel includes actor, Rob Johansen; playwright, Matt Roland and Russell McGee, Artistic Director, Starry Night Productions. Enjoy a glass of Barefoot Bubbly champagne with the playwrights and the panel.

Sunday, May 9, 1:30 p.m.
Panelists will include the DivaFest playwrights Julie Lyn Baber, Jessica Strauss, Julie Mauro, Bernadette Bartlett, Amy Pettinella, Amy Wimmer Schwarb. Listen to this group of veteran and first time playwrights share their experience to produce new works.
