We are casting all roles for an upcoming short production. The short will be submitted to a number of festivals starting with two with deadlines this December. Please find character descriptions below.
Alfred Bower - Main character, male, average height, strong build, mid-30's to early 40s
Bloodied man - no specific physical requirements
Mother - average height and build, dark hair of shoulder length or longer, early to mid 30's
Boy - age 8 to 10 (or able to portray specified age range), other physical characteristics should be similar to Mother
Business man - race and age not specified, fit physique, late 30's to early 40's
Waiter/Waitress - young (mid 20's), physically fit, attractive
Cop - tall, strong build, mid 30's
Elderly Woman - 60's to 70's, gray/white hair, should be able to convincingly fake the use of a cane/walker
Smoking man - physical characteristics not specified, SHOULD be a smoker or willing to smoke
In addition to the above listed cast, up to 5 extras will be cast for a cafe scene. All talent should be willing and able to travel as locations may be as far from Indy as Bloomington, IN.
Auditions will be held throughout this month (November) and filming is scheduled to take place end of November - beginning of December. Filming will be wrapped by the 10th of December and distribution will be quick to follow to several festivals.
PAY FOR ALL ROLES WILL BE DISCUSSED DIRECTLY WITH ALL INTERESTED PARTIES PRIOR TO AUDITIONS.
