    Red face Alice in Wonderland Youth Theater Camp, Lebanon IN June 20 - 25.

    Arbor Productions is proud to announce a summer youth production of an original musical adaptation of Alice in Wonderland. The performances will be the result of a 5 day youth camp. The camp and performances will be held at Theatre at the Milk Building in Lebanon, IN.
    June 20 – 25
    Final Performances: Friday 24th at 7:00 PM & Saturday 25th at 2:00PM
    Ages 6 – 16
    Cost: $100
    Discounts available for families enrolling multiple children.
    It is the goal of Arbor Productions to offer scholarships to those who may need assistance. We want any and every youth of Lebanon, who has interest, to be able to participate in this experience. The details and process of the scholarships are still a work in progress.
    Limited Slots Available. Registration will close June 6th.
    Camp Schedule:
    Monday: Introductions, Casting, and Rehearsal. 8:00 – 10:30
    Casting will begin at 8:00. We will then assign roles and release a majority of the cast. We will keep certain characters for rehearsal.
    Approximately 90 minutes for auditions and 1 hour for the following rehearsal. Note: EVERY child will receive a role.
    Tuesday: Rehearsal 8:00 – 12:15
    This day will be broken down into 1 or 2 hour slots with different sets of characters arriving and leaving at different times. This schedule will
    be handed out at the casting on Monday. The students will learn the majority of the show.
    Wednesday: Rehearsal 8:00 – 12:15
    We will start a full run of the show teaching any skipped over sections. The students will be asked to pack a snack for mid day. We will start
    working with props.
    Thursday: Rehearsal 8:00 – 12:15
    We will run the show twice with snack break in between. The second run though will be in costume. Costume suggestions will be in a letter
    after casting. Students will be asked to pack and leave the necessary pieces at the theatre for the performances.
    Friday: Final Dress and Evening Performance
    5:00 – Students arrive for a final rehearsal
    6:00 – Students get into costumes and make up
    6:30 – Theatre opens for Audience
    7:00 – Performance
    Saturday: Final Performance
    1:00 – Students arrive to get into costume and make up
    2:00 – Final Performance
    Kayla Bennett, originally from Linden, Indiana has a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Millikin University. Kayla has been working professionally in theatre for over 6 years. Many of those experiences have been in Children’s Theatre, including the Lilly Theatre at the Indianapolis Children’s Museum. Kayla also toured the Midwest for two summers with Prairie Fire Children’s Museum. Teaching youth and spreading the passion for theatre is very rewarding. Kayla looks forward to giving each child a rewarding and memorable theatre experience this week.

    · Work with and Learn from 2 Professional Actors.
