Set + Acting Roles For Online / New Media TV Network Nick/Disney-like Show

Looking for a place (central Indiana area) to film a Nick/Disney like show that focuses on a young, up and coming, 13 year old pop star named Mary. Please let me know if anyone knows of such a possibility. Thanks. The pilot episode would take place in a 13 year old girl's room for a set and then add the standard family room, living room and kitchen sets for future episodes.

Possible roles:
Mary's 13 year old friend (female)
Mary's other 13 year old friend (female)
Mary's 14 year old brother
Mary's 33-35 year old father

+ a few (2-3) roles in the pilot for auditioning band members that might appear strange (could be male or female)
