    Re: Getting to know you...

Hi, there. I'm Jackie Cramer and have been in theatre for 25 years. When my daughter went to IU I went into a blue period. My friend, Anne Stein, said "Guess what we're going to do?" and the rest is history. We took classes, auditioned, and started. mainly at the Atheneaum and then Epilogue. I act, produce with husband, Gene, and was quite busy last year with Ghost Story, Pandora's Revenge, Praise the Lord and Pass the Peanut Butter, and Waiting in the Wings. It's great being a character actress, and I loved physical comedy; but wrestling with Jeff Roby, diving over the couch, playing with a golden retreiver as big as I am put the coup de grace to my arthritic back. I love playing feisty old ladies, type casting. This language major in college has learned so much from my directorsand other cast members. I work mostly at Epilogue with an occasional bit at The Belfry helping Chris Holt. Interesting note. Susan Townsend and I compared notes and found out that we were not only sorority sisters but lived in Marion, IN about the same time. Although I am ten years older than she is, I never babysat with Susie. I cherish the friendships I have made in theatre although I lost my best friend, Anne Stein, last year to cancer. Come see us at Epilogue. We have a great guest actor list, and many Belfry friends are "double dippers". Jackie aka liloldlady

That's an understatement if I ever heard one!

I like Stephen's template, so I'm stealing it.

Hello! I'm Cathy Tolzmann. I've been doing theater for a LOOOONG time. I am not quite as big a bitch as SH, but I have my moments - however I, too, will defend you to the end if you're my friend. Also, I sing.

Hi! My name is Melissa! I have officially lived here for three years. In that time I have only done a little bit of theatre. I played Lady MacDuff in Macbeth which was REALLY fun but I was majorly shy so I missed out on a lot! I was also in Connie's production of Alice in Wonderland at The Belfry, which was tons of fun!! I was visiting several years ago from Chicago and was also in the Belfry's "It's a Wonderful Life." That was a lot of fun too because it was like a radio show. But that is the only Indianapolis area theatre I have done.

I love life and meeting new people and experiencing new things. I am a true bohemian renaissance woman. :-) I paint, sing, play guitar, act, sew, dance, write, play piano, direct, design lighting and sound, set design, etc. I love it all!!! I love beauty and my favorite thing about the creative process of theatre is that you create and share something with everyone involved. I love watching it change from start to finish. It promotes community and friendship and is so life giving.

I miss it so I think I will start auditioning again so I can get to know some of you and have some fun!
