    What 2006-07 shows interest you?

I have been trying to line up my schedule for the 2006-2007 season and was interested in what productions are appealing to you as a performer and/or arts patron?

Some that I am very interested in are:
    • The Great American Trailer Park Musical (TOTS)
    • Reefer Madness (TOTS)
    • Little Women: The Musical (Indianapolis Civic Theatre)
    • Parade (BCP)
    • Annie: The BCP Play-A-Part Fundraiser
    • Moon Over the Brewery (The Belfry)

    What are some of yours?

Keep in mind that I'm just a patron and the main reasons for these sounding good are either (A) I've never seen them anywhere before or (B) I've seen the movie and would like to see it done on stage. Having said that, these are ones that catch my eye (and there is NO WAY I'll be able to see all of them, let alone probably a fraction of them...so consider this wishful thinking):
    • Fiddler On The Roof - Anderson Mainstage Theatre
    • OLIVER! - Beef and Boards (Got our tickets !)
    • Cabaret - Beef and Boards
    • South Pacific - Beef and Boards
    • The Haunting of Hill House - Buck Creek
    • Picasso at the Lapin Agile - Buck Creek
    • Ten Little Indians - Carmel Community Players & Epilogue Players
    • 12 Angry Men - Spotlight Players
    • The Laura Ingalls Wilder Story - The Artist Studio
    • Schoolhouse Rock Live! - The Belfry
These are the ones who have bothered to send in their information to IA and are listed on the "2006 Season" link. If they can't be bothered to send the info to Joe, then I can't be bothered to go to each of their websites to see what they're showing.

I think that there are several shows that I am interested in, but at the top of my list is Parade. I hope that I am still in town to audition for this because this is one of my favorite CDs and I regret that I couldn't do this show when I was down at IU.

Smile What 2006-2007 shows interest you.

At my home group, I am really looking forward to Enchanted April - but the whole season interests me. I want to see CCP's production of Ten Little Indians as Clara McClure and husband Bob are directing that for us. Marsha is doing Crimes of the Heart, and Bev Gray is doing one I don't know - Cheating Cheaters - but it sure sounds like fun!

Not for sure the Moon Over the Brewery was correct for the Belfry. It doesn't show up on any of my information and I haven't heard anything about it.
    Our season is:

    A Bad Year for Tomatoes
    Here's Love
    The Nerd
    The Last Night of Ballyhoo
    The Scarlet Pimpernel
    Schoolhouse Rock, Live!

Maybe you have it confused with another theatre.

The only one that I am looking forward to is Nunsense at Civic. I haven't really heard of anything else that I am dying to do.

I think TOTS is going to have a surfeit of auditioners for REEFER MADNESS. I've talked to a number of people who are pretty excited about that.
