World Premiere of Star Trek VS Batman!

RACSO Motion Pictures is pleased to announce the opening of Star Trek VS Batman, a 50-minute comedy/parody of two classic television shows from the 1960’s. The film stars Joshua Ramsey, Scott Ganyo, Leo Barczewski, Daniel Boughton, Gavin Rulon, and Victoria Floro.

A fun filled, family oriented screening will be held at the Cinema Grill (1289 West 86th Street Indianapolis 46260) on Saturday, November 11th at 6:30pm 8:45pm for one night only. Admittance is $7 per adult and $5 per child under 12 years of age, and goes to help offset costs of the production, and not for profit. The Cinema Grill respectfully asks each guest please purchase a minimum of two menu items. (Typically, ten dollars worth. These purchases go towards the usage of the facility, and not to RACSO Motion Pictures.)

The film features a regional cast across the Midwest: Chicago, St Louis, Louisville, and Indianapolis. Filmed in early 2006 at Magic House Productions (Logansport, Indiana), Writer/Director Christopher Allen wanted to step into the realm of fun and action with the Dynamic Duo, and the original characters from Star Trek. “Three things made those shows great… phasers, fighting, and hot women.” Said Allen. “Part 1 has been an enormous success on the Internet considering the built in fan base. This story has a prominent blend of humor, action, and even romance between Captain Kirk and Catwoman.” (Roles respectfully played by William Shatner and Julie Newmar.)

The fan-film has already been accepted at the 2007 Indianapolis International Film Festival, as well as the Maple Valley Digital Film Festival in Seattle Washington in April of 2007. The parody will also be featured on Fairfield Iowa's Public Access Television, FPAC 9 during “Fan Film Fridays”. RACSO’s website has to date received over 47,000 hits from across the world in widespread anticipation of the release of Parts 2 and 3 of the 3-part showcase.
